Deepinder Goyal, the founder of Zomato, is looking for a chief of staff for him. He also posted this with a very different job description. He says that he will not get a salary for a year when he enters the job by giving Rs 20 lakh to the company. Below are the details of the post.

Job Responsibilities:
Work on everything, including Blinkit, District, Hyperpure, Feeding India, etc., to build the future of ZOMATO.

Salary details:
This role does not pay for the first year. Alternatively, you will have to pay ₹20 lakh for this opportunity. 100% of the amount is to be donated directly to Feeding India (if you are selected and you agree)

We're not keeping your money here. If you are selected, ₹50 lakh (salary commensurate with the rank of Chief Staff) will be donated to a charity organisation of your choice.

Salary will be paid from the 2nd year onwards (above ₹50 lakh) This should only be done at the beginning of Year 2.
