IDFC FIRST Bank has unveiled an AI-powered holographic digital avatar of Amitabh Bachchan, one of India's most iconic and celebrated actors.

This innovative Holographic Extended Reality (HXR) device allows customers to access details about banking products and services through the digital representation of the legendary actor.

The initiative aims to enhance customers' banking experience and expand the banking industry using cutting-edge technology.

A Technological Milestone in Banking

The device was first launched at IDFC FIRST Bank’s Juhu branch in Mumbai. The bank plans to roll out similar devices across other prominent branches and strategic locations nationwide.

Developed in collaboration with Ikonz Studios, the device offers touch-enabled interaction, allowing customers to inquire about key services such as Zero Fee Banking, credits, mobile banking, and more. The bank also plans to integrate additional services in subsequent phases.
