Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri. com, has registered an FIR against key management members of 4B Networks Private Limited.

The case was filed by AllCheckDeals India Private Limited (AIPL), a 100% owned subsidiary of Info Edge, following allegations of fraudulent activities related to the funds of 4B Networks.

The FIR has been registered at the Bandra police station in Mumbai. Rahul Yadav, Sanjay Saini, Devesh Singh and Prateek Chaudhary are accused in the case.

InfoEdge has made public disclosures about 4B Networks on February 10, June 1, and July 26, 2023.

In August last year, the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police had registered an FIR against Rahul Yadav, founder of 4B Networks, and senior official Sanjay Saini for allegedly cheating an advertising company.

Info Edge has already posted a loss of Rs 276 crore in the name of 4B Networks.
