Toplyne, a SaaS startup focused on sales automation,
has announced its decision to cease operations after 3.5 years in business.
In a LinkedIn post, co-founder and CEO Rishen Kapoor revealed the company's plan to wind down and return capital to its investors. Kapoor stated that despite significant efforts, Toplyne was unable to achieve the growth and product-market fit it had initially aimed for.
The exact amount of capital being returned was not disclosed.
Founded in 2021 by Rishen Kapoor, Ruchin Kulkarni, and Rohit Khanna, Toplyne was designed to help product-led growth (PLG) businesses convert free users into paying customers.
Although Toplyne had a client base that included notable companies like Canva, Grafana, and BrowserStack,
it struggled to achieve the desired product-market fit.
