E-commerce unicorn platform Septo on Thursday announced that it has started exchanging and returning products within 10 minutes. The service will be available for select categories such as clothing, toys, sports, kitchen appliances, electronics, etc. Depending on each category, customers can return or exchange items within 1, 3, or 7 days.
Currently, the service is available in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, and plans to expand to more cities soon.
Quick delivery platforms do not need large-scale returns services like those on Flipkart and Amazon due to their fast timelines. They do not have the returns that usually happen when the customer is not at home. But the addition of the new service will double the trust of customers in the quick delivery service.
Zomato's Blinkit introduced returns and exchanges within 10 minutes in October 2024.
