40 lakh salary, no resume required: Smallest AI startup's unique hiring method goes viral

Smallest AI, a Bengaluru-based AI startup, is going viral with its unique hiring method. No regular resume is required when applying for a job. Just a 100-word self-introduction is enough. The annual salary is Rs 40 lakh.

Sudarshan Kammat, founder of the startup Smallest AI, has released an advertisement to select employees. Applications are invited for the full-stack engineer vacancy in the company. When applying for a job, instead of a resume, you need to provide a 100-word self-introduction note and a link to your best work.

Candidates with up to two years of work experience can apply. The annual salary will be up to Rs 40 lakh. Of this, Rs 15 to 25 lakh is the basic salary and Rs 10 to 15 lakh is the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). The ESOP scheme provides a share of the company's shares.

The applicant's background, including the institution from which he studied, is not important. The job will be in the office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The job will be done five days a week, the advertisement says.
