After the success of Amazon 10-minute delivery service in Bengaluru and Delhi, Amazon Now has also launched in Mumbai. Amazon Now delivers daily essentials like groceries, snacks, and personal care products in a very fast manner, within 10 minutes.
To make this possible, Amazon has set up over 100 small storage centers across the three cities and says it will add more every month as orders increase. The company says people are using the service more frequently and Prime members are shopping more with the service.
The launch comes just ahead of Amazon's Great Indian Festival sale. Amazon competes with other quick delivery companies like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, and JioMart. Right now, Amazon Now is only available in select parts of Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, but it will soon reach more cities.
