Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy posted its best-ever financial performance in the quarter ended December 2025. While revenue grew 50 percent to Rs 954 crore compared to the previous year, the company's net loss narrowed to Rs 85 crore from Rs 198 crore. Ather has been able to maintain a healthy growth rate despite fierce competition in the market.

The company sold 67,851 vehicles during the period, capturing 18.8 percent share in the electric two-wheeler market in India. It continued to dominate in South India with a 24.4 percent market share and has also strengthened its presence in North Indian states. It is also noteworthy that in addition to vehicle sales, revenue from software subscriptions and charging services increased to 14 percent of total revenue.

As part of its network expansion, Ather has increased the number of experience centers across the country to 600. In addition, Ather has also launched a new subsidiary to enter the insurance sector. The company authorities are confident that by focusing on product quality and sound marketing strategies, it will be able to achieve sustainable growth in the coming years.
