Mumbai-based AI cloud platform Neysa has raised a massive $1.2 billion (including equity and debt) round led by Blackstone. With this, Neysa has become the second ‘unicorn’ (a company valued at more than $1 billion) of this year (2026) at a valuation of $1.4 billion.
The company aims to use the raised funds to install 20,000 GPU units across India and expand its AI infrastructure. Neysa, which started operations in 2023, provides AI training and management services to government agencies and large companies in the financial and technology sectors.
The company, founded by Sharad Sanghi and Aninya Das, has achieved such huge growth in a short period of time. Working in partnership with IndiaAI Mission, NESA places a high priority on data security and cost-effective AI services.
