Chennai-based leading SaaS company Zoho Corporation has achieved a good performance in the financial year 2025. The company's annual revenue grew by 17.8 percent to Rs 12,313 crore. Although the total revenue including other income reached Rs 13,543 crore, the company's net profit declined marginally to Rs 3,191 crore from Rs 3,299 crore in the previous year.
The company's main revenue came from its core software Zoho Suite (57%) and Manage Engine (39%). North America is the company's largest market (41%). However, the company's expenses increased faster than its income. Expenses on employee salaries, advertisements and technology increased by 30.5 percent to Rs 9,200 crore, which led to the decline in net profit.
Meanwhile, there were significant changes in the company's leadership. In January 2025, when co-founder Sridhar Vembu stepped down as CEO and took over as Chief Scientist, Shailesh Kumar Dave was appointed as the new Group CEO. Zoho is a world leader in providing cloud-based software for small and large businesses, including CRM, finance, and IT management tools.
