Beauty and fashion e-commerce platform Nike has hit a historic milestone by clocking annual revenue of $1 billion (Rs 10,022 crore) in the 2025-26 financial year. The company's net profit for the year more than doubled to Rs 204 crore. In the last quarter ended March, revenue grew 28.4 percent to Rs 2,648 crore and profit quadrupled to Rs 78.8 crore.

The growth was mainly due to strong sales of beauty products. This segment accounted for 91 percent of its revenue in the last quarter. This year, it added more than 200 new international brands to the platform and opened 76 new offline stores across the country. In addition, its fashion business, own brands and B2B platform Superstore also recorded strong growth.

The company has been able to maintain a healthy profit margin despite rising costs. In addition, Nykaa's board has approved the acquisition of an additional 24.17 percent stake in beauty brand Earth Rhythm for Rs 9.4 crore. The company expects the transaction to close by August 31, 2026.
