According to a LinkedIn post by co-founder Sibabrata Das, Atomberg Technology, a consumer appliance brand, has crossed Rs 1,000 crore in revenue in the financial year 2024-25.
"This year we have crossed Rs 1,000 crore revenue and this achievement will not last long as we will start focussing on next year's target. But I remember how we overcame so many uncertainties as a team, "Das said in the post.
The jump follows a strong performance in FY2024, when the then Mumbai-based firm posted a revenue of Rs 848 crore from operations - up from Rs 645 crore in FY2023 - an increase of 31.5 per cent.
"When we think of the next 10 years, again there are so many unknowns, can we build a multi-category brand? Can we keep up with the pace of innovation? Can Atomberg play a big role in construction? Can we become a global brand? I don't have an answer today, but I have a cohesive board, a team that believes we can and a team that I'm proud of. I don't know the end result, but one thing is for sure, the journey of the next decade will be more exciting than the last decade, "he added.
In 2023, Atomberg raised $86 million by combining primary and secondary issues in a Series C funding round led by Temasek and Steadview Capital. Trifecta Capital and existing investors Jungle Ventures and Inflexer Ventures participated in the round. Founded in 2012 by Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das, Atomberg manufactures energy efficient brushless direct current (BLDC) smart fans, smart locks and mixer grinders.
