AVPL International, which works in the field of drone technology, has received SEBI approval for an IPO of Rs 200 crore. The money will be raised for business expansion and day-to-day operations. Earlier, it tried to do an IPO in 2023 but it did not happen, and now it has received approval in its second attempt.
They mainly provide drone training and related services required for the agriculture sector. They have more than 70 training centers in 16 states. The company is also in good financial shape. In the last financial year (FY25), the company's revenue grew by 87% to Rs 87.5 crore, and profit increased by 59% to Rs 14 crore.
It is the season of IPOs in the market. Companies like Amagi and Shadowfax had entered the market in early 2026. Apart from these, around forty more companies, including Infra.Market and PhonePe, are preparing to come up with IPOs.
