Kochi-based women's health company Femisafe has raised Rs 3 crore in its latest funding round led by investors including Jain University and Kerala Angel Network.
The company aims to use the funds raised to further enhance the company's product development and strengthen its distribution network.
"This investment enables us to scale our impact and continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women around the world," said Nooreen Ayesha, co-founder of Femisafe.
Femisafe focuses on products that improve women's well-being and hygiene. This includes menstrual cups and intimate care solutions. The company said it will invest more in research and development and aims to launch new products.
"Our decision to reinvest in Femisafe is driven by the brand's remarkable progress in addressing women's essential but neglected needs," said investor Tom.
