Lenskart has announced its new B camera smart glasses that will allow users to make UPI payments using just voice commands. The glasses will be directly linked to the user’s bank account, eliminating the need for a phone or PIN number when making payments.

The smart glasses also feature AI-based camera features and have been developed with NPCI’s UPI Circle to ensure secure and easy transactions. Lenskart says the device shows how everyday accessories like glasses can become a part of digital life.

The announcement comes shortly after Lenskart received SEBI approval for its ₹2,150 crore IPO. The company plans to launch the smart glasses in the coming months.
