Meesho crosses Rs 12,000 crore in revenue

Leading Indian e-commerce platform Meesho has delivered a strong financial performance in the last quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q4 FY26). The company's operating income increased by 47 percent to Rs 3,531 crore over the previous year. The company's net loss during the same period narrowed by a massive 88 percent to just Rs 166 crore. However, the company's total expenses for the quarter increased by 44 percent to Rs 3,807 crore.

Looking at the figures for the full financial year up to March 2026, Meesho's total operating income increased by 34.5 percent to Rs 12,626 crore. The lion's share of this income (Rs 12,614 crore) came from the company's marketplace business. Despite a significant increase in revenue, the company posted an annual net loss of Rs 1,358 crore for the current fiscal, including one-time expenses.

The company's total assets increased significantly to Rs 7,907 crore during the period and cash reserves increased significantly from Rs 147 crore to Rs 620 crore. Meesho CEO Vidit Atre said that these financial gains are a testament to the strength of the Indian e-commerce market. He said that 26.4 crore people transacted through Meesho in the last twelve months (a 33% increase) and the number of merchants selling products on the platform increased by 87% to 9.61 lakh.
