Pratipi, a digital storytelling platform, has raised $20 million in a Series E funding round, with Jungle Ventures leading the investment. The round includes $12 million in primary funding and $8 million from secondary share sales.

This is the company's first major funding round in nearly four years. The Gurugram-based company's valuation fell to $100 million from $265 million in the previous round.
According to the company, the new capital is expected to facilitate its expansion into new storytelling formats such as animation and vertical drama shows, and support its growth into international markets outside India.
