Reliance Retail claims that its online platform JioMart now offers 30-minute deliveries in over 1,000 cities and 5,000 pincodes. The service has seen strong growth, with daily orders growing 200% year-on-year and adding 58 lakh new customers in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Its seller base also grew 20% in the quarter.
The company’s four-hour fashion delivery service, AJIO Rush, has expanded to 300 pincodes across six major cities, outperforming regular AJIO orders with higher prices, faster conversions and lower returns. Meanwhile, Reliance’s relaunched Shane crossed 6 million downloads and reached 11.4 million monthly users.
Reliance Retail's net profit rose 22% to ₹3,457 crore in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, while revenue rose 19% to ₹79,128 crore. Parent company Reliance Industries also reported a 16% increase in net profit to ₹22,146 crore. Jio Platforms and other digital services performed strongly despite a decline in the number of JioHotstar users after the IPL season.
