Septo has topped LinkedIn's 2025 Top Startups India list for the third consecutive year, followed by Lucidity and Swish. The list ranks fast-growing companies that thrive on career advancements, based on factors such as employee growth, engagement, and talent attraction. To qualify, startups must be based in India, less than five years old, and have at least 30 employees.
The 2025 list highlights the rise of quick commerce, AI startups, and fintech as key drivers of India's startup growth. Along with Septo, other startups such as FirstClub, Snapbit, Weekday, Convin, Jar, and Deserve also made it to the top 20. These companies are using technology and innovation to rapidly expand into new markets and categories.
Bengaluru, with nine startups on the list, remains India’s leading startup hub, while Pune and Hyderabad are emerging as new hubs of innovation. Experts say this is a sign that India’s startup scene is expanding beyond major cities, and professionals can find growing career opportunities where companies grow and succeed.
