The eyewear company plans to raise Rs 2,150 crore through fresh shares, while promoters and investors will sell 13.22 crore shares as part of the offer for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lenskart will use the IPO funds to open new company-owned stores, pay for leases and rentals, invest in technology and marketing, support future acquisitions and business growth, strengthen its presence and improve customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2008 by Piyush Bansal, Lenskart started as an online eyewear platform and later expanded into retail stores.
