U.S.-based SparkCognition is now rebranded as Avathon. Following this rebranding, Avathon has announced ambitious plans to triple its workforce in India over the next 24 months. This AI startup is moving forward with large-scale development plans in India.

With the U.S. facing challenges such as aging infrastructure valued at USD 100 trillion, supply chain issues, workforce shortages, and security threats, Avathon aims to tackle these global challenges and become a key player in the industrial sector.

Currently, Avathon’s AI platform has contracts to provide safety monitoring services for major oil and gas companies in India across 17,000 retail outlets, 83 terminals, and 15 airport fueling stations.

Avathon is conducting nationwide recruitment efforts in India, targeting top talent in AI and engineering. Chief Executive Officer Pervinder Johar stated that the company is advancing with significant development goals in mind.
