Chandan Raj, the founder and CEO of Bihar's first semiconductor company, Suresh Chips and Semiconductor Pvt Ltd, stated on Twitter that starting a company in Bihar was the worst decision of his life.

Describing Bihar as a “land of frustration,” Raj wrote that there are numerous problems and struggles to survive as a semiconductor/VLSI company there. He mentioned that he had been waiting for basic infrastructure like roads for the past four years but received no support from anyone.

He also added that “the police do not help when a local gangster threatens us.” He emphasized that it is necessary to discuss the reality of Bihar, even though nothing will change.

However, many people expressed their support for Chandan Raj through Twitter. The official Twitter account of the Muzaffarpur District Magistrate responded to his post, stating that immediate approval had been granted for road construction, and that work would begin right after Dussehra.
