Body Cupid Pvt., its flagship D2C skincare brand Wow Skin Science, has narrowed its loss by 40% to Rs 130.2 crore for FY 2023-24. It was Rs 258.1 crore in the previous year. For the company to cut losses despite facing a shortfall in revenue this year.
According to the company's annual financial report, revenue for FY2024 fell 10% to Rs 233.5 crore compared to Rs 258.1 crore last fiscal.
Expected to reduce losses further this financial year. Aiming for break-even in Q4 and aiming for full profitability in the coming years. We also have adequate capital reserves for the next few years. So a strong performance is expected in 2025,” said Chaudhary, co-founder, Wow Skin Science.

According to 2023 reports, the beauty and personal care market in India is estimated to become a $28 billion market by 2030.
