Flexiple CEO Karthik Sreedharan shared his WhatsApp conversation. In it, an intern quits an internship at a company, saying he no longer needs it because his AI startup has received funding. Flexiple is a global platform to connect tech companies with freelance software developers and designers.

Karthik shared the screenshot of the conversation with the caption, "This only happens in Bangalore." In which the intern asks why he didn't show up at the office last Friday and says he's on vacation because he has a meeting with a venture capitalist.

Also, the intern said that he no longer needed an internship because his AI startup had received funding. The screen shot on X received more than five thousand likes. The post garnered mixed reactions, with some praising the intern for the startup and others criticizing the manner in which he left the internship.
