Edtech firm Klassroom will launch its SME IPO on July 31. The price has been set at Rs 151 to Rs 159 per share. The IPO, which aims to raise a maximum of Rs 39 crore, will close on August 4. The company's shares are scheduled to be listed on the BSE SME platform on August 7.
Launched in 2016, the hybrid learning platform offers online and offline education services. The company plans to use the proceeds from the IPO primarily to further improve its technology, develop new learning content, conduct marketing activities and pay off existing debts. Apart from this, a part of this amount will also be used to purchase laptops and computers for new offline centers.
The startup currently has over 6 lakh registered users and 2 lakh paid subscribers. Classroom has shown excellent financial performance in the financial year 2026; revenue increased by 128 percent to Rs 23 crore and net profit increased by 162 percent to Rs 7.6 crore compared to the previous year. The company has already raised over $ 2 million from prominent investors including Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty.
