The startup, which has launched two hubs in Gurugram, plans to open 10 more in the next 90 days. It will hire 700 professionals and 50 corporate employees to scale operations. With over 150 employees, Pronto says it has cleaned 500+ homes and saved users 1,000+ hours. It aims to provide workers with income stability and dignity, offering guaranteed hours instead of a gig-based model.

Pronto is entering a growing quick-commerce space, competing with companies like Urban Company, while addressing the challenges of scaling and organizing India’s informal domestic work sector.
